  -Detailed and checked complex jobs.
  -Established  detailing  company which grew from 5 to over 100 employees in 14 years
  -Trained new detailers and checkers
  -Project coordinator/ team management
  -Worked with Engineers, Architects  and fabricators
  -Helped write computer programs for efficient checking
  -started a successful detailing branch office in Chengdu, China growing from 5 to 35  employees in 2 years
    -traveled to India to help  with branch office - training and oversight
